One Of The Most Important Issues Pertaining To National Economic Development And The Standard Of Living For People Is The Safety Of Food Storage. Because Of Storage Losses, Around 20% Of Food Grains In India End Up As Waste. The Primary Causes Of Food Storage Losses Are Inadequate Infrastructure And Shifting Environmental Conditions. This Study Offers An Integrated System That Uses Wireless Sensor Networks To Monitor And Manage Environmental Parameters Such As Temperature, Humidity, And Light Illumination In Food Depots. The Selected Food Items Include Wheat, Rava, Maida Flour, And Grains. LabVIEW Software Is Utilized To Monitor Environmental Conditions, And ZigBee Mesh Networking Technology Is Employed To Relay Measured Parameters From Distant Food Stores. The Food Product Photos Are Taken From A Distance And Verified For The Appropriate Meal Item Through Picture Analysis. To Ensure Food Security, An Automated Aeration Control Approach Is Used To Keep Each Food Product's Temperature And Moisture Content Within The Permitted Ranges.
